Nicole spent most of her life in the Reed College/ Eastmoreland part of Southeast Portland. Recently, She relocated with her husband and twin boys to the Northwest side of town and is really enjoying getting to know another part of the wonderful city of Portland, OR. Nicole went from living in a close knit urban community to a rural farm setting, and can appreciate the benefits both have to offer.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, caring for the family farm, and spending time with loved ones at the family home in Seaside - where she has many cherished childhood memories. "Nicole worked with one of my borrowers to find and purchase her home in Beaverton, Oregon. The buyer wanted to purchase a similar home like the one she was selling in Vancouver- a newer one level home. The buyer was SHOCKED by the prices and Nicole did such a wonderful job to educate the buyer on the market and she worked diligently to find her the right home. She assisted in a solid offer only to be out bid by a cash buyer- she stayed positive and helped reduce the frustrations of the buyer who's house was now pending. Nicole structured a "back up" offer and continued the search while constantly staying in contact with the buyer to keep her calm as well as the sellers of the backup offer- the positive thinking worked and the initial cash buyer had a change of heart and the home was back on market- to Nicole's buyer that is. Her buyer was incredibly happy and was able to get the exact home she wanted. Where Nicole shined was when the sellers - who just experienced a sale fail and were very "cautious" of a new buyer- kept her cool and actually maintained calmness from all parties.
